Senior Institutional Sales 

The resource will start up the Institutional business development team in the Milan office, in order to create from scratch the business in the Country.

The ideal candidate must have at least a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Sales professional in the asset management, following all the traditional institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and acquire new clients and partners, seek, and promote investment solutions;
  • Develop relationships in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and increase the distribution of products and services;
  • Perform market intelligence activity, sharing the responsibility for the provision of financial information as part of a team, processing/collating additional relevant information on client’s activity and industry trends;
  • Answer to institutional RFPs and questionnaires in collaboration with the Client’s dedicated department;
  • Coordinate with administration, monitor separate account reporting, participate to new customers on-boarding and dedicated projects;
  • Update consultants’ databases and companies that provide information with regards to the institutional market.

Candidate Requirements:

  • University degree in business, marketing or communication combined with good knowledge and understanding of the investment world;
  • Understanding of local Institutions business, specifically pension/insurance funds;
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills and/or written skills. Ability to explain relatively involved concepts in a clear and concise manner to others within the organisation and to clients.
