Institutional Sales

 

The resource will join the Institutional business development team in the Milan office, in order to support the business growth in the country.

The ideal candidate must have at least a 10 years’ experience as a Sales professional in the asset management, investment management or capital markets fields, or as a fund selector/senior advisor in fund management companies.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Advise clients and partners, seek and promote investment solutions;
  • Develop relationships in order to guarantee customer satisfaction and increase the distribution of products and services;
  • Answer to institutional RFPs and questionnaires in collaboration with the Client’s dedicated department;
  • Coordinate with administration, monitor separate account reporting, participate to new customers on-boarding and dedicated projects;
  • Update consultants’ databases and companies that provide information with regards to the institutional market.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • University degree in business, marketing or communication combined with good knowledge and understanding of the investment world;
  • Understanding of local Institutions business, specifically insurance companies, pension/insurance funds, foundations and family offices;
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
