Finance & Operations Specialist

Part Time

 

The resource will assist the two Managing Directors and the Italian branch team with a broad range of tasks related, but not limited to, Finance, Compliance and HR. The London office will oversee all the activities with guidance and daily support.

The ideal candidate owns a bachelor’s or higher degree in economics/financial subjects and is a Qualified Accountant with a relevant post-qualification experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all month-end work, EMC pack preparation, and Italy Board pack preparation;
  • Drafting binary forecasts and assisting with Year End audit;
  • Managing the Internal Audit process and supervising Tax Compliance in close coordination with external advisors and other stakeholders;
  • Leading on all Legal, Compliance, HR/Payroll and Office related activities;
  • Mentoring other Business Partners locally.

Candidate Requirements:

  • English language fluency is mandatory;
  • Solid relationship and communication skills;
  • Highly-motivated, disciplined and team-oriented;
  • Proven familiarity with Office applications;
  • Relevant experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to define priorities and deliver tasks with precision and punctuality.
