Our history
Aegis FSI was founded in 2002 as a Boutique specialising in recruiting upper-level professionals within the financial industry, based on the idea that excellent recruiting starts from a deep knowledge of the market.
We have been working for over 10 years as strategic partners alongside our clients to offer effective solutions without sacrificing the quality of our customer service. Our impeccable attention to client satisfaction has earned us recognition as one of the first Head Hunting firms in Europe with an ISO 9001 Certificate.
Drawing on our success, we have extended Aegis FSI vertical business model to three specialised branches that, alongside Aegis FSI, form the building blocks of Aegis Human Consulting Group.
