M&A Analyst
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of M&A professional experience gained in an investment bank or in a M&A advisory firm or in a Big Four. The candidate will join the M&A Advisory Team and actively participate to all phases of the M&A process with full involvement and exposure.
Main responsibilities:
- handling substantial interactions with both clients – entrepreneurs, Private Equity and corporates – and investors in the preparation and presentation of marketing materials (e.g. Teaser, Information Memorandum and Management Presentation);
- building and dealing with complex financial models (e.g. business plan, supporting financial analysis, databases);
- supporting and supervising the due diligence phase (e.g. VDR setting, Q&A project management).
Requirements:
- brilliant academic background with bachelor's/master degree in Economics, Finance and/or Management Engineering;
- prior involvement in sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates and/or corporate finance transactions;
- solid financial and analytical skill-set
- advanced financial modelling skills (building them from scratch);
- being able to collaborate effectively within the team, with a proactive approach and flexibility to work in a fast-growing environment;
- excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Word;
- English fluency.
