We are looking for a:
Commercial Manager Italy
The resource will drive new business development and boost the company’s customer base and revenue in Italy by detecting new market opportunities and needs.
The ideal candidate owns a bachelor’s or higher degree in economics/financial subjects and has at least a 3 years experience in positions related with business development, sales proposals, direct client and fund managing.
Responsibilities:
- Market analysis, sourcing, segmentation and detection of potential opportunities;
- Define sales strategy and sales planning;
- Generation and ranking of a pipeline of leads by bringing proprietary contacts and leveraging research and social selling events, digital marketing and team-led sales and marketing events and initiatives;
- Reach out and strike up new relationships;
- Use and update the CRM and other corporate tools;
- Guarantee the quality of the client experience, tracking satisfaction levels and client perception of the overall value proposition;
- Analyse and evaluate the results of the sales management effort;
- Client portfolio management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Knowledge of capital markets and investment products;
- Fluent English;
- Strong relationship skills;
- Readiness to travel nationally and internationally as required for business development purposes.
